Retrieve the customer’s uploaded file yourself
Read-only access to the uploads bucket, scoped to that connection alone.
“Customer says they uploaded the invoice on the 3rd but cannot see it. Can someone check the uploads bucket for me?”
What the wait costs
A three-hour hold on a ticket that a thirty-second directory listing would close.
Support can be given read-only access to exactly one storage connection — the customer uploads bucket — and nothing else. That is enough to confirm whether a file arrived, when, and at what size, which resolves a large share of "it did not upload" tickets on the first reply. Read is a separate grant from delete, so this access cannot destroy anything.
How it works
- 01Open the customer uploads storage connection.
- 02Search or browse to the customer’s prefix.
- 03Confirm the file, its timestamp and its size.
- 04Answer the ticket, or download the file if the grant allows it.
