Delete the ticket queue instead of working through it faster
Grant scoped, self-service access once and stop being the bottleneck for work that is only privileged.

What the wait costs
A platform team that spends its week on requests it could have made unnecessary, and never gets to the work that would.
Most of an internal ops queue is not difficult work. It is ordinary work that happens to require a credential, so it routes through the three people who hold one. Fenwave changes what is being handed out: an administrator stores the cloud credentials once, then grants people a scoped role — this storage connection, that environment, read but not delete. The request disappears because the person can now do it themselves, under their own name, in the audit log.
How it works
- 01Register cloud credentials, clusters and repositories once in Platform Settings.
- 02Define roles that match how your organisation actually works.
- 03Scope each role to specific resources — an environment, a storage connection.
- 04Map groups from your identity provider so joiners inherit access.
- 05Review the audit log: every privileged action now names a person.
