Database Console
Query the database without handing out the database
A console onto the databases behind an environment, opened per environment and per person rather than by sharing a connection string. Someone who needs last night’s numbers runs the query and exports the result; they never receive a credential, never install a client, and everything they ran is attributable afterwards.
In this capability
- MySQL and Redis targets, reached through the environment they belong to
- Browse the schemas a target exposes before writing anything
- Stream a result set straight out as CSV, without a dump file on a laptop
- Access granted separately for dev, staging and production
- No connection string handed out and no client to install
